Juan Carlos Bojorquez

Co Founder/Operational Management

A native of El Salvador, Juan Carlos Bojorquez studied in Puerto Rico in 2000.  A talented writer he uses his cultural roots as inspiration to tell powerful stories that intermingle history with the concerns of youth today. His writing skills were honed during his time at Colegio de Sciencias y Arte de la television Bayamon Puerto Rico. Juan’s script “National Trauma” is being produced by Outsiders Pictures. The award winning actor Damian Alcazar is attached to play the leading role.  He has played a vital role in the development of the film Industry in his home country, producing 2 independent films and co-founding The Central American Film Festival.

Patricia C. Ovando

Program Director

Patricia is currently pursuing a Master’s in Film and Television Production at the school of Cinematic Arts at USC. Her first professional short film “Ojos Que No Ven” screened in over twenty film festivals in The United States, Europe, Australia and India.  In 2014, “Ojos que no ven” received the Audience Choice Award for best short at the Cine+Mas San Fransisco Latino Film Festival. Two recent films Patricia directed “Ay Jose” and “Masacre” will premiere at La Jolla Fashion Film Festival and Boketh South America Fashion Film Festival.

Jessica Henry Moriona

Coordinator for Washington D.C.

Jessica Henry Mariona is a researcher and storyteller exploring how art, entertainment, and media are used to create positive social change around the world. She is a Washington, D.C. native, and holds an MA in Strategic Communication at American University, as well as a BA in Theater from the University of Maryland, College Park. Jessica also served in El Salvador as a Youth Development Specialist with the U.S. Peace Corps.

Patricia Chica

Public Relations

Born in El Salvador and raised in Montreal, Canada, Patricia Chica is a Canadian multiple award-winning director, producer and editor with over 50 hours of programming under her belt. She specializes in psychological dramas, thrillers and edgy documentaries, and has also directed and produced world-class primetime broadcast content. She is perfectly fluent in English, French and Spanish and has built a cult following and a loyal audience for herself internationally in those three markets. One of her lifetime missions is to be part of the vessel that brings El Salvador to Hollywood and contribute to the elevation and recognition of Salvadorian cinema, history and culture in the world.

Adonai Interiano

Technical Director

Born in El Salvador and raised in San Salvador, Adonai Interiano has worked in all facets of film development including production, location management, casting and acting.

With such passion and vision, Adonai truly captures the essence of beauty, emotion and reality. His creative mind and wandering eye is shown through his amazing work. Among his other skills and knowledge, Adonai is known for executive producing and lighting/grip set design. Further striving for something more, always pushing the limits; with one great idea came Hard Not Impossible Productions!

Mario Anaya

Advertisement Director

Mario Anaya is owner and executive producer of Mar Productions which he founded in 1994.  His company has produced major local and national commercials for Latino and mainstream media.  His professional career began more than ten years ago working for the two major Hispanic television networks: UNIVISION and TELEMUNDO.  Anaya wrote, produced and directed the documentary film "Buenas Epocas: La Nueva Ola de El Salvador" which he presented at the renowned Reel Music Festival in Portland Oregon in 2010 and won him an official Indie nomination.

Jerry Gerardo Ortega

Los Angeles Coordinator

Responsible for scheduling and production agenda Develop strategies to meet the visual and logistical needs of commercial Manage the budget and negotiated fees and contracts with service providers Coordinate permits between Production Company, city officials.

 

Julio Rueda

Colombia Coordinator

Actor , director and Colombian filmmaker ,

He has developed workshops throughout the Colombian geography and more accurately called " workshop for film casting " which is the result of the experiences and knowledge acquired during his trial in the casting area ; being invited official with such work to such important events as the film festival in Guadalajara, Colombian Film Festival of Medellin and eyes outdoors in the city of Bucaramanga , in addition to also do in cities such as Miami , Los Angeles , New York and Chicago , where he had the privilege of shooting two separate films .During the Broadway Los Angeles film festival , receives an award from the city of Los Angeles , signed by Mayor Eric Garcetti . Today July Rueda continues his work as a casting director for film, actor, producer and director of business and as a teacher in his study of actors in Bogota and Medellin.
